WHY DO WE GET PIMPLES OR ACNE ?
Pimples are also known as Acne. Acne mostly occurs in the stage of teenage. A skin condition when hair follicles plug with oil an dead skin cell is known as Acne
Reasons for acne development are :-
1.Oily skin
2.Clogged pore
3.Dead skin cells
4.Bacteria/infection
Some tips to prevent pimples
1.Tulsi
Tulsi is one of the best ayurvedic plants. It helps in the healing of our skin. Make a juice of the tulsi by crushing its leaves and spread that juice on your face thoroughly and leave it for 15-20 minutes. After completing 15-20 minutes wash your face under tap water.
2.Amla
Amla fights against acne-causing bacteria and heals our skin. Make a paste of amla and apply it to your face and wash your face after 15 minutes.
3.Honey
Honey helps to be healthy and also on other hand honey also helps in the healing of acne or pimples. Apply raw honey on pimples and wash after 15 minutes.
Repeat this activity daily to get the best results.
4.Lemon
The acid in the lemon has the ability to fight against acne. And also it is very cheaper and easier. Apply lemon juice at night and leave it till morning.
5.Papaya
Papaya is also one of the best ayurvedic fruit it helps in healing skin.
Apply papaya paste on your face and rinse off after 15-20 minutes.
