Good food and diet are very important to be healthy. We should take a balanced diet every day so that we can be healthy. A balanced diet is an eating plan that is affordable and which allows the body to obtain all substances it needs to function optimally. From a nutrition perspective, there are six main components of a balanced diet: carbohydrates, fats, protein, minerals, vitamins, and water.
