If we don’t sit or stand straight and protein food not taken time back pain occurs. And also when we are injured then we get back pain. Back pain can affect people of any age.

1. Keep the cloth in hot water (or) get an ice pack and gently rub the cloth or ice pack on the surface of the painful area.
