WHY DEHYDRATION OCCURS?
Dehydration occurs when our body loses more water and fluid than intake. This means that when we rome outside during very hot climate then fluids and liquids of our body will be evaporated due to hotness and dehydration takes place.

- Lethargy
- Weakness in muscles
- Headache
- Dizziness
PRECAUTIONS TO OVERCOME DEHYDRATION
- Drink juices
- Drink water frequently
- Don't rome outside during hot climate
- Eat fruits which have a high water content
